Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities under the factory warranty and our 90-day comfort insurance policy.
· We recommend that you rotate your mattress every six months to ensure even wear and improve longevity.
· We recommend that you purchase a stainproof mattress protector. Factory warranties are void (under federal law) if the mattress becomes stained.
· If you need assistance with your mattress care, please feel free to contact Sleepy Sal at any time.
· If you need to make a warranty claim under the factory warranty, please refer to the factory warranty card that came with your mattress. Sleepy Sal is happy to assist you with processing your factory warranty claim.
· To make a warranty claim, you must produce the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt.
· To be eligible for warranty coverage, your mattress must be stain-free. By federal law, all warranties are void if a mattress has any stains of any type or size. For worker health and safety reasons, the factory cannot accept stained mattresses.
· The white "law tag" sewn into the seam at the head of the mattress must not be removed from the mattress.
· Mattresses must be set up on a solid, flat base, such as a box spring or other flat, solid base.
· It is normal for mattresses to have minor body impressions over time as the mattress adjusts to body shapes; however, sagging in the center of the mattress greater than 1.5 inches is covered under warranty.
· Please be patient, as it can take 5-7 working days to receive factory approval for any warranty repair or replacement.
· The 90-day comfort insurance provides you with the peace of mind that you can exchange your mattress one time during the insurance period for another mattress of equal or greater value.
· The comfort insurance charge includes a 6-sided mattress protector, which must be used during the insurance period.
· The Sleepy Sal comfort insurance policy is sold at as an extra charge at the time of sale. The cost is 25% of the regular purchase price added to any new mattress purchase and includes a high quality 6 sided, full encasement mattress protector.
· Delivery charges are not part of the comfort insurance.
· If you are satisfied with your new mattress and choose not exchange it for another within 90 days, you are eligible to receive a rebate of 50% of the cost of your comfort insurance in the form of a Sleepy Sal gift card or credit towards any of Sleepy Sals products and bedding accessories.

Insurance must be purchased at time of sale.
To be eligible for comfort insurance, customers must keep the mattress for at least a 30-day break-in period.
Included with the comfort insurance is a full encasement, 6 sided mattress protector. The protector must be used during the entire warranty period to protect the mattress. The mattress protector cannot returned or exchanged separately from the mattress.
The comfort insurance covers only the comfort level of the mattress, not damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
If customers are not satisfied with the comfort level of their mattress within 90 days of purchase, they may exchange it for a mattress of equal or lesser value. If they choose a more expensive mattress, they will be responsible for paying the cost difference.
Customers must return the original mattress in good condition, free of stains, rips, or tears. Any damage will result in a deduction from the exchange value.
Comfort insurance is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the mattress.
Comfort insurance does not cover shipping or delivery costs for the exchange of the mattress.
The comfort insurance is void if customers do not follow the care and maintenance instructions for the mattress.
Customers must notify Sleepy Sal of their intent to exchange the mattress within 90 days of purchase.
Comfort insurance is valid only for mattresses purchased from our store and does not apply to mattresses purchased from other retailers.
Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, to be eligible for comfort insurance.
Comfort insurance does not cover subjective factors such as personal preferences, changes in sleeping habits, or natural body adjustments to a new mattress.
The exchanged mattress must be of the same size as the original mattress. If the customer wants to exchange it for a different size, additional charges may apply.
Comfort insurance does not cover damage caused by pets or insects.
Comfort insurance may be voided if the customer moves to a location with a different climate, altitude, or humidity level, which may affect the performance of the mattress.
Comfort insurance does not cover damages caused by improper handling or storage during transportation to a new location.
Sleepy Sal reserves the right to inspect the original mattress before authorizing the exchange and may decline the exchange if the mattress is not in good condition.
